Share tip: run start_dashboard.bat on the main computer, then ask each teammate to open http://YOUR-COMPUTER-IP:8000 from the same Wi-Fi or LAN. If your browser still shows 127.0.0.1, that address only works on your own computer. Appearance is saved per browser, so each user can choose their own theme without affecting the shared data. To turn on named login, create users with python manage_team_users.py create .... To send reminder emails, set the SMTP environment variables for COMPLIANCE_ALERT_SMTP_HOST, COMPLIANCE_ALERT_FROM, and COMPLIANCE_ALERT_TO before starting the server.
